Follow this guide to enable wireless display between your phone and Windows PC.

    Enable Wireless Display on Windows

    Configure Windows to receive connections

    • Press Windows + I to open Settings
    • Go to System → Projecting to this PC
    • If prompted, click "Add 'Wireless Display' optional feature"
    • Set the first dropdown to "Available everywhere on secure networks"
    • Set "Ask to project" to your preference

    If you don't see the option, go to Settings → Apps → Optional Features → Add a feature → search "Wireless Display".

    Open Wireless Display App

    Launch the receiver on your PC

    • Press Windows + K or search for "Wireless Display"
    • A window will appear saying "Ready to connect..."
    • Keep this window open while connecting your phone

    Connect from Your Phone

    • Open the Screen Mirroring app on your phone
    • Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi as your PC
    • Tap "Start Mirroring"
    • Select your PC from the device list
    • Accept the connection on your PC if prompted

Make sure the Wireless Display app is open on your PC. Verify projection settings are enabled in Windows Settings. Check both devices are on the same Wi-Fi.

Update your Wi-Fi adapter drivers. Check Miracast support by running dxdiag. Consider using a USB Miracast adapter.

🐌 Connection is laggy or unstable?

Move closer to your Wi-Fi router. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network for better performance. Close bandwidth-heavy applications on your PC.
